Service Description

RENT THE PAVILION Plan your next private event with us at Blue Mountain Lavender Farm by renting our Pavilion. This beautiful trellised and shaded space is perfect for your next gathering, with the main lavender field just steps away. The Pavilion measures approximately 40'x60', offering an idyllic setting for your event. With grass and gravel surfaces, and furnishings including four 10' picnic tables and select garden furniture, it’s the perfect setting for your private event. Portable toilets with hand sanitizer are on site. This space is available for reservation in the daytime (during farm business hours) or evening (after business hours). DAYTIME RESERVATION: The farm is open 10 am to 5 pm Sunday through Friday. On the day of your gathering, the space will be reserved for you and your group for 3 hours during business hours. When finished, please return all furniture to its original position and pack out your trash with trash bags provided. EVENING RESERVATION: On the day of your evening gathering, the space will be reserved for you and your group for 3 hours. Set-up is available beginning at 5:00 pm when the farm closes to the public. Your festivities and clean-up must be concluded by 8:00 pm. Please return all furniture to its original position and pack out your trash with trash bags provided. We reserve the right to hold concurrent evening craft classes and undertake harvest chores in other areas of the farm during your event, all the while being mindful of your space and experience. ADD-ONS: Lavender u-pick add-on is available for $12 per person. Individual bottles of lavender lemonade are available for $8 each -- please reserve at least 1 week ahead. PAYMENT: Payment in full is required 48 hours after the reservation is made; this is a non-refundable payment. If persistent heavy rains or winds over 30 miles per hour threaten your gathering and you wish to cancel, you will receive a 75% refund.
