Service Description

HOST YOUR EVENT AT BLUE MOUNTAIN LAVENDER FARM Rent the Pavilion, our shaded and trellised outdoor space just steps from the main lavender field available from June 1 to July 8, 2025. Measuring 40’x60’, the Pavilion accommodates up to 40 guests and features four 10’ picnic tables, select garden furniture, grass and gravel surfaces, electricity, and on-site portable restrooms with hand sanitizer. Fruit trees and trellises surround the space on 3 sides, offering ample shade. DAYTIME: The Pavilion space will be reserved for your group exclusively when you rent during business hours (Sun-Fri, 10 am - 5 pm). Rental rates begin at $180 for two hours. EVENING: When you reserve the evening, set-up is available beginning at 5:00 pm when the farm closes to the public. Your festivities and clean-up must be wrapped up by 8:30 pm. Evening rental rate is $300. ADD-ONS: You may wish to pre-pay the following options for your guests: Lavender u-pick, $12 per person; 12-oz bottles of lavender lemonade, $8 each (must be reserved at least 1 week ahead). PAYMENT: Payment in full for your rental is required 72 hours after the reservation is made and is non-refundable, except in the case of the forecast of persistent, heavy rains or winds over 30 mph. In these cases, 80% of your fee will be reimbursed. GROUNDS: Please do not move picnic tables--ask for assistance if you would like another configuration, however tables must stay on the gravel. Please move all furniture back to its original position. Kindly plan to bag and remove your trash with waste bags provided. FARM ACTIVITIES: We reserve the right to hold concurrent evening craft classes in a separate area, and undertake harvest chores in the fields during your evening event, all the while being mindful of your space and experience. Cancellation Policy

1. The Pavilion space is designed to accommodate up to 40 people. This may be reflect your maximum guest list or the maximum at any one time during a come-and-go event. 2. Set-up may begin 30 minutes before your appointment window, but is granted only upon request and according to availability. 3. Please do not move picnic tables without prior authorization. 4. All garden furniture and tables must be replaced in their original position. 5. Take-down and clean-up should be completed by the end of your appointment window. 6. The farm has limited capacity for trash, so we require you to remove your trash using the black bags offered for this purpose. We reserve the right to charge a $50 fee if the site is not left as it was found and if trash is not properly removed from the premises.
